I’m not normally the sort to write reviews, but after selling my house I felt I had to. My realtor, Kristina Loper, went above and beyond my greatest expectations. Moving, even without a global pandemic, is often pretty chaotic in the military. Plans change on short of no notice, you end up deployed, month long missions drop down when you least expect it and things don’t go according to plan. And during all that you’re trying to sell a house!

Ultimately, I had to leave to start school and couldn’t be in Washington state to handle the various things that come up when you’re selling a house. Kristina handled all of them. I was secure in the knowledge that she made sure the alarm was always set, and she checked on the house regularly. Kristina took care of every buyer repair requested, found contractors, and made everything seamless. Because of her efforts the sell was far less stress than it otherwise would have been, and we sold for far more than I was hoping. Beyond her own skills, Kristina had a team of professionals who were all amazing, from the stager who helped us set up for the photos, to her photographer who created a 3D walkthrough and aerial photos, to the back-end shop who made the paperwork incredibly easy.

I cannot recommend Kristina highly enough for anyone in the military selling a home in the Joint Base Lewis-McChord area. I know that she’ll do an absolutely amazing job of helping you during what often ends up being more of a challenge than you expected. Thank you again!

If you want a truly dedicated real estate professional to help you to buy a home especially if you are not local as we were, then Kristina is your go to agent. She was hands down the best helping us find a home as we were moving from San Antonio, TX to Lacey, WA. She took FaceTime video calls to show us multiple properties and would jump to help us out if we had random questions pop up. She was waiting for us at our home when we pulled in from a 2100 mile trip with a red bow and the keys. Then she actually did a walk thru with us in the home. I do think we will be using her to sell the house in a few years.
