Point Ruston

Point Ruston is a 97 acre a waterfront community of condominiums, shops, restaurants and entertainment. Waterfront trail system leads from Point Defiance Park, through Dune Park, through the Village, and further east for miles to Old Town Tacoma. There are four different condominium projects buildings each with its own style and features, rules, and amenities exclusive to the building. The Copperline was the first to be built and features waterviews from every luxury home, large windows for natural light, Kayak storage, and more. The Century Building is a mixed use building with multiple restaurants and a 9-screen theater. The Baker Condominiums have both Village and Waterview properties at a variety of pricepoints around the center courtyard. The most recent building the Rainier with sweeping views of Mount Rainier and the water for some units others with a Village view.
